Role-
Objective of this role is to first understand all the facets of HR in a dynamic and fast-paced environment; subsequently this role will be mapped to the Human Resource Business Partner function of HR in a High-performing culture which emphasizes on Empowerment, Quality and Goal attainment.
Key Skills and Qualities
· In depth knowledge on basic HR functions like Payroll, Recruitment, Training and development, Employee Engagement, HR related laws and policies, etc.
. Flexible with working locations, ability to learn quickly and leverage skills in new situations
· Post-Graduation with HR specialization.
· Excellent communication skills
· Strong learning and interpersonal skills.
· Good Analytical skills

· Minimum 60% - 10th,12th, Graduation and Post-graduation
